Job Summary

Capital Markets Manager or Associate at Origis Energy focused on day-to-day management of tax equity and debt financings under a Deal Lead or SVP of Capital Markets. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing tax equity and debt for projects and corporate facilities, preparing RFP materials and reports, curating a dataroom, communicating with lenders and investors, conducting day-to-day diligence with technical and financial advisors, budgeting third-party consultants, ensuring timely financing partner deliverables, supporting deal execution and documentation (term sheets and financing documents) with legal counsel, coordinating with investment and asset-management teams for ongoing reporting and compliance, leading post-closing compliance and reporting, managing closed financings and construction-financed projects, coordinating amendment/waiver processes, updating draw schedules, and coordinating with accounting/FP&A. The role also involves marketing/relationship management, leadership and mentorship of junior team members, and ad hoc strategic initiatives. Required/Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in structured/project finance, strong financial modeling and contracting/negotiation skills, and a broad understanding of capital markets within the renewable sector. Location is New York, NY with a hybrid in-office policy; travel up to 10% and a base pay range of $130,000—$230,000 plus bonus and benefits.
