Job Summary
Build cutting edge financial models and tools to evaluate funding alternatives and structure debt and equity strategies. Partner with Credit, Data, and FP&A teams to develop new capital markets activities, set up investor materials, and present to stakeholders. Manage the full lifecycle of transactions from strategy planning through execution and reporting analytics. This role leverages AI and advanced data analytics (SQL, Python) to optimize capital stack decisions. Ideal for candidates with 5+ years in investment banking or fintech, strong quantitative skills, and experience with asset-backed securities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, fintech or asset management
- Proficiency in complex financial modeling and structuring of asset-backed securities and corporate financials
- Ability to present and articulate complex concepts to different audiences
- Team player who can also work independently
- Strong structured and critical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent project management and organization skills
- Data analytics skills including experience working with SQL, Python, and Excel
- Familiarity with AI solutions to elevate operational efficiency
- Experience with innovative debt and equity strategies
- Interest in fintech and drive to make an impact
- Strong math and quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent academic record and most importantly a desire to keep learning
Desired Qualifications
- CFA/MBA is a plus
