Job Summary
Senior Lead Analyst / Senior Vice President focused on Capital Markets Data Governance. Leads the definition of the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy and Data Risk/Control framework, translating derivative portfolios into actionable insights for risk management, financial reporting, and business decisions. Collaborates with partners to establish policy adoption plans, compliance metrics, and training; analyzes and documents business needs and maps them to data governance standards; contributes to data risk controls, data policies, and data transformation initiatives; ensures clear communication of complex derivative data and downstream finance/risk impacts to stakeholders; demonstrates advanced negotiation and stakeholder management across senior teams; exercises risk-aware judgment and escalation while driving milestones and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in Data Governance/Data Management/Process Engineering or related area
- 10+ years experience with negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management
- 8+ years experience of data analysis
- Experience with data analysis in banking/finance preferred
- Communicates effectively with diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and derivative instruments
- Experience with regulatory reporting is a plus

- Strong foundational knowledge of capital markets and derivative instruments
- Experience in Data Governance/Data Management/Process Engineering or related area
- Negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
- Experience with data analysis and communicating complex concepts to non-subject matter experts
- Regulatory reporting familiarity a plus
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
