Job Summary
Capital Markets Analyst in-office role supporting the national Capital Markets team with underwriting and analyzing CRE loan opportunities. Responsibilities include front-end deal intake, full deal underwriting (historical financials, borrower projections, market benchmarks), risk evaluation, preparing loan submissions and pricing materials, coordinating soft/firm quotes, updating underwriting models, closing coordination (due diligence, third-party reports, loan documents), and ongoing client and partner communications. Strong emphasis on pipeline/deal management, clear program guidance communication, and ability to multitask under deadlines. Requires 3+ years CRE finance experience, a four-year degree, and proficiency with CRE underwriting processes; knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint; Salesforce or ARGUS a plus; willingness to work extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance
- Four-year college degree required (major in real estate, finance, accounting, or business preferred)
- Proven underwriting experience across major CRE asset types (multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or ARGUS a plus
