Job Summary
Capital Markets Analyst at Addi in Bogotá/Colombia focusing on optimizing and scaling debt financing strategies to support regional expansion. Responsible for leading end-to-end due diligence for warehouse or securitization facilities, improving data accuracy and reporting speed for lenders via SQL-based tools, and ensuring regulatory covenant alignment during Bank Migration. Develop investment committee memos and pitch decks to secure internal and external funding, maintain compliance with financial covenants, and manage a centralized reporting calendar with monthly stress tests. Must demonstrate expertise in Structured Credit & Capital Markets, hands-on financial modeling in Excel, and strong communication with institutional lenders and cross-functional teams to drive financing outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Structured Credit & Capital Markets
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, boutique advisory, financial institutions, or fintech/startups
- Deep technical knowledge of warehouse facilities, ABS (Asset-Backed Securities), and revolving credit lines
- Ability to parse complex credit agreements to identify key operational and financial constraints
- Advanced Analytical Rigor & Financial Modeling
- Experienced in building robust, error-free Excel models to project cash flows, advance rates, and concentration limits
- Strategic Communication & Influence
- Track record of effectively pitching a company’s credit story to institutional lenders and credit committees
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes, multi-month due diligence processes involving Legal, Tax, and Credit teams
- Resiliency navigating ambiguity of a rapidly evolving regulatory environment
