Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Manager overseeing multiple accounting advisory engagements related to capital markets transactions. Applies deep technical accounting knowledge to assess transaction impacts and financial reporting considerations, coordinates engagement planning, execution, and delivery to meet client expectations and timelines, reviews technical analyses for accuracy and quality, and supervises senior associates across concurrent engagements. Collaborates with internal specialists to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory, identifies opportunities to improve engagement efficiency and client value, and requires a CPA with 6–11 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Travel up to 25% expected; strong background in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting; prior experience leading teams in professional services or consulting preferred.
