Job Summary
Sell capital equipment to manufacturing and industrial customers. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, developing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, understanding customer needs to develop solutions, providing technical support and training, building and maintaining relationships, and tracking sales performance with reporting. Requirements include a B.S. in Engineering with 5+ years of project experience in a PSM-regulated facility, SME for Front-End Loading with root-cause/corrective-action focus and process-improvement capabilities, strong technical knowledge of capital equipment, and excellent sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team.
