Job Summary
Develop and manage capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover, preparing scopes, budgets, schedules, and specifications while coordinating procurement, supplier evaluations, and installation activities. Support manufacturing process optimization by analyzing equipment performance data, developing plant layouts, and conducting production trials for new equipment implementations. Lead equipment modifications to improve safety and reliability, participate in root cause investigations, and support predictive maintenance initiatives. Ensure all engineering activities meet safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements through risk assessments and audit support. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to provide technical recommendations and guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or project engineering
- Experience managing capital projects in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
