Job Summary
Lead activities in shaping and driving the balance sheet and capital management for M&G plc shareholder business, developing and managing capital and risk frameworks, providing insights on financial strength and risks, and delivering governance papers and strategic initiatives. Requires ability to simplify complex financial situations for senior stakeholders, strong communication, and proactive management across regulatory and market demands. Hybrid working pattern from home and office locations in London, Stirling, or Edinburgh.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in capital management or balance sheet optimisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Board/committee papers)
- Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
- Technical actuarial knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple items concurrently
