Job Summary
Conduct annual reviews and updates of legal entity Capital Management Policies and Pillar 3 Disclosure Policies for material EMEA legal entities. Deliver annual Pillar 3 disclosure reports, coordinating across working groups and preparing governance materials. Manage Single Process Inventory (SPI) delegation for two SPIs, ensuring ongoing review and updates against CFO automation goals. Lead the team's monthly supervisory review process, encompassing status of all key controls, risks, and issues. Ensure compliance with internal policies including Financial Regulatory Reporting, Risk Data Aggregation, and Model Policies. Coordinate Issues Management and support ICAAP delivery management for material EMEA legal entities.
