Job Summary
AVP Capital Management Business Unit Risk and Control Specialist responsible for supporting CCAR/stress testing, capital plan development, and the FLOD program to ensure effective risk identification and controls. Collaborates with the Global Treasury Risk Management function to monitor capital planning, analytics, and regulatory alignment; contributes to live CCAR audits and regulatory obligations, maintains policies and guidelines, and supports data governance initiatives (BCBS 239). Manages risk assessments (RCSA), controls implementation, and ad hoc projects while communicating with stakeholders and leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or MBA and 4–6 years in financial services with strong analytical, interpersonal, and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
- 4-6 years of financial services experience; compliance, assurance, audit or risk preferred
- Advanced excel and power point skills
