Job Summary
Capital Improvement Technician responsible for performing capital improvement projects including rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair and finishing, electrical, masonry, painting, and janitorial work for major renovations and rehabs. Requires reliable transportation to travel to company locations, 75% travel Monday–Friday with weekends at home, and willingness to travel and stay overnight. Must read and interpret drawings/instructions, operate necessary tools, have own hand and power tools, and comply with safety practices. Travel to regional and corporate trainings/conferences as required; background check and periodic drug testing; must hold a valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance. Applies to both Columbia, MO surroundings and Atlanta region with travel to other parts of Missouri and Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Current Driver’s License, Vehicle, and Insurance.
- Must Pass Background Check and Periodic Drug Testing.
- Must Be Willing to Travel and Stay Overnight.
