The fellow will assist the Stadium General Manager, Event Managers and Event Coordinators in all areas of event management from booking through event settlement, including creating AutoCAD event diagrams, coordinating with clients and contractors, producing signage and pre-event materials, and acting as a liaison on event day. The role requires flexible availability during the event season, including weekends and holidays, with duties spanning pre-event, event-day, and post-event activities such as attendance/financial recording, tours, coordinating promotional information, and collaboration with ticketing, security, guest services, and catering. Strong communication, multitasking, and basic Microsoft Office skills are essential; the program emphasizes professional development within the sports and events landscape.
