Job Summary
Develop and execute capital planning strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure competitive advantage and exceptional value. Oversee end-to-end management of the capital portfolio, leading governance, prioritization, and resource allocation across complex projects. Drive standardization of project controls, scheduling, and early engineering processes while developing robust tools and competency frameworks. Champion talent development, mentoring, and succession planning to build a high-performing capital organization. Serve as a change agent to embed continuous improvement across internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring adherence to legal, safety, and environmental standards. Manage global procurement strategies to optimize supplier relationships and sourcing opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in industrial capital project management
- demonstrated track record of managing large, complex capital portfolios
- Expertise in project controls, scheduling, and early engineering processes (FEL)
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies
