Job Summary
Perform final assembly and tests on all products while independently operating computer-controlled devices and executing detailed problem-solving. Diagnose system assembly issues to identify root causes, provide feedback to Manufacturing Engineering, and improve product reliability through process reviews. Support new product testing for R&D, train Product Builders and internal customers, and explain testing procedures during tours or audits. Follow work instructions and drawings strictly while collaborating with engineering personnel to optimize manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience
- high school diploma/degree/equivalent
- equivalent combination of education/work experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
