Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day coordination and implementation of the capital campaign, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and activities stay on track. Partner with development leadership, campaign counsel, and volunteers to support fundraising strategy and execution while conducting donor and prospect research. Coordinate campaign meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare reports for leadership. Support donor engagement by organizing outreach efforts, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM, and preparing stewardship materials. Assist in planning campaign events, donor briefings, committee meetings, and site visits in collaboration with internal teams. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management experience required.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible project management or related professional experience
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar systems.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships, and work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to achieving ambitious fundraising goals.
