Job Summary
Direct campaign visioning, feasibility studies, and implementation for clients across various industries. Lead clients in developing case for support and budgets, confirm realistic goals through stakeholder interviews, and serve as primary project manager ensuring activities occur on time with integrity. Provide expert fundraising counsel to executives and volunteers, conduct high-net-worth donor interviews, and develop engagement plans for soliciting 6-7 figure gifts. Prepare progress reports with follow-up action plans while collaborating with Campaign Operations to define scope of work. Represent Fox Advancement at client meetings to build trusting relationships with philanthropic leadership. Manage documents in Google Drive and facilitate remote Zoom calls.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in overseeing capital campaigns
- Be well-versed in using Google Drive to manage documents and collaborative communication
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and meeting facilitation skills, including managing Zoom calls
- Have experience working in a remote environment
- Demonstrate strong project management skills
