Capillary Supervisor - Well Services

Execute capillary string installation, retrieval, and chemical injection operations on site while supervising rig up/down, pressure testing, and string management. Make real-time go/no-go decisions and enforce Permit to Work and LOTO requirements during live well conditions. Assign tasks to Operators based on competency levels and maintain equipment certifications with vendors. Interface with the client to obtain approval for management of changes and prepare post-job reports including pressure test records and NPT events. Complete all job tickets, wellsite records, and crew timesheets while conducting crew debriefs and toolbox talks. Report near-misses within 24 hours and participate in root cause investigations.
