Job Summary
Lead capital investment programs across North American service operations by tracking yearly budgets, facilitating standardized approval processes, and executing the five-year industrial plan. Prioritize project portfolios through discounted cash flow analysis and coordinate execution with project managers while developing their project management competencies. Conduct monthly reviews of current and future CapEx programs, visit shop floors for problem-solving support, and perform project closure analysis for asset tracking. Retain documentation for audit control and assist with invoice tracking to the Shared Service Center. Collaborate with engineering, finance, and shared service groups to drive continuous improvement in capital project processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- 5+ years in heavy manufacturing environment
- Experience with capital or operational budget planning including Finance
- Working Knowledge of manufacturing or operational strategy
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, with particular emphasis in Excel
