The role emphasizes improving service, productivity through new technologies, mentoring teammates, and contributing to market positioning as a broker of choice. Requires basic freight brokerage knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or minimum 1+ years of equivalent industry training or experience
- Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) certificate
- 1+ years' experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain industry
