Job Summary
Analyze projected demand, inventory, and throughput to develop daily, weekly, and seasonal warehouse requirements for inbound and outbound operations. Create storage plans, slotting strategies, and inventory flow schedules to optimize capacity across active and reserve locations. Identify operational bottlenecks, generate productivity and labor utilization reports, and track KPIs including units processed per hour and dock turnaround time. Collaborate with Operations and Leadership teams to align staffing with workload forecasts while ensuring OSHA compliance and safe workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in distribution center operations, labor planning, logistics analysis, or supply chain analytics
- Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods distribution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Computer knowledge – proficient in current office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in distribution center operations, labor planning, logistics analysis, or supply chain analytics preferred
- Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods distribution preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
- Knowledge of labor management systems and forecasting tools preferred
