Job Summary
Capacity Planning Analyst position focused on delivering accurate demand forecasts and capacity plans across multiple markets and channels. Responsibilities include maintaining forecasting models, producing high-quality planning outputs, and providing data-led insight to operational partners. The role supports working relations with Operations and Finance, ensures service targets are met, and aids cost control and business growth. Key skills include data-driven forecasting, experience with workforce management tools (NICE WFM, Verint, Genesys Cloud, Calabrio), advanced Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups, basic modelling), and the ability to communicate analyses to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with reporting/presentations for operational audiences and exposure to high-volume environments (contact center) are desirable. Desirable industry experience includes gaming, betting, e-commerce, and multi-team/ multi-timezone planning. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in an Analyst, Capacity Planning, Resource Planning, or Workforce Management role
- Experience producing forecasts, plans, or operational insight from data
- Experience with workforce management tools such as NICE WFM, Verint, Genesys Cloud, or Calabrio (advantage)
- Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and basic modelling
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate data and insights to non-technical partners
- Experience producing reports/presentations (PowerPoint) for operational audiences
