Job Summary
Ensure markets have an optimal balance of available drivers and loads by assigning highly productive freight and minimizing unpaid miles. Collaborate daily with the customer service team to schedule appointments and the right mix of freight, while working with Fleet Managers to maintain driver productivity. Think several steps ahead to develop creative solutions and build strong relationships with customers, fleet managers, and the customer service team. Work 7 days over a two-week period on every other weekend in 12-hour shifts from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
