Job Summary
Capacity Manager binnen Digital Solutions verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal inzetten van consultants op projecten, secondments en managed services. Zorgt voor balans tussen vraag en aanbod, draagt bij aan hoge billability, efficiënte staffing en gezonde marges. Werkt nauw samen met People Managers, Sales en leadership om consultants op de juiste opdrachten te plaatsen en de evolutie van capaciteit te volgen. Beheert bench, einddata, verlengingen en toekomstige beschikbaarheden; ondersteunt staffingbeslissingen op basis van profiel, ervaring en businessprioriteiten. Daarnaast volgt en verbetert menability en bezettingsgraad en werkt men aan operationele governance via reporting. Vereiste vaardigheden omvatten capacity planning, staffing, samenwerking met diverse stakeholders, en data-driven planning; uitstekende communication in Nederlands en Engels; Franse taal is een plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Experience in resource planning, staffing, operations or similar roles within a consulting or project environment
- Structured and able to maintain overview in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive with solution-oriented thinking
- Strong affinity with data; proficient with Excel and planning tools
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
