Job Summary
Capacity Manager responsible for the capacity management function for storage and virtual hosting services across Leidos Australia’s government-facing workloads. Develops capacity models for storage and virtual hosting, forecasts demand, governs capacity allocation, and provides end-to-end lifecycle planning, reporting, and decision support to stakeholders and vendors. Requires ITIL Capacity Management experience in large-scale environments, ability to translate business demand into validated capacity requirements, proficiency with Grafana or similar tools, and Australian citizenship with baseline security clearance. Located in Canberra, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in ITIL Capacity Management within large-scale enterprise or government environments
- Strong understanding of capacity modelling, forecasting, trend analysis and lifecycle planning for enterprise platforms
- Ability to communicate complex technical capacity insights in a clear, business-focused manner
- Experience working within formal governance, change and regulated environments, including multi-provider infrastructure (on-premises and cloud)
- Proficiency in reporting and visualisation tools (e.g. Grafana), with relevant ITIL certification or equivalent experience
- Australian Citizenship and hold a minimum Baseline level security clearance
