Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in a finance business partnering role
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
Desired Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA or CIMA/ACCA)
- Experience in financial systems and tools
- Understanding the application of transfer pricing methodologies
- Experience within an international environment and understanding the impact of multiple currencies
