Job Summary
Develop the Capability Development Roadmap for North & East India by identifying skill gaps through needs analysis and performance data. Customize and deploy targeted learning interventions using blended methodologies and digital platforms like BODHi gurukul to drive behavior change in sales divisions. Track learning effectiveness via metrics and iterate on programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy. Champion a culture of continuous learning while collaborating with the country capability lead and regional MaSE to streamline learning efficiency. Manage large-scale projects, vendor relationships, and budget ownership to enhance Field Force Effectiveness across designated geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Masters Preferred
- minimum of 5-year sales experience
- Expert level understanding of selling

- 3-4 years of experience in people management
- Travel Requirements – 50% or greater
