Job Summary
Senior Cap Markets product leadership role focused on providing expertise within Derivative Trading, Securities Trading, Loan Trading or Agency Services lines. Responsibilities include supervising teammates, guiding core operational tasks such as client onboarding, trade capture, settlements and confirmations, and ensuring procedures and controls are followed, while collaborating with clients and internal partners. Requires strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and proficiency with brokerage systems and Excel; preferred candidates have 8+ years in capital markets operations, leadership experience, and relevant licenses or advanced degrees. Role is in-office in hub cities (Charlotte, Atlanta, New York) with base salary $130,000-$160,000.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree, or equivalent education
- Thorough Understanding of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
- Knowledge of brokerage systems or operations
- In-depth knowledge of financial industry, products, and regulatory environment
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
