Manage ingredient supply, storage, and quality control throughout the day. Rotate between opening, midday, and closing shifts in a continuous service model requiring autonomy in travel. Complete a CAP in alternance over one or two years, with eligibility from third-grade level or prior diploma holders. Join a network of over 300 bakeries expanding across France, Canada, and Réunion.
