Prepare sandwiches, pastries, pizza, and tartes while mastering dough kneading, weighing, shaping, and baking techniques. Ensure proper supply chain management by stocking and controlling raw materials daily. Complete a CAP Boulangerie apprenticeship program over one or two years through alternating work and study at one of our 300+ bakery locations across France, Canada, and Réunion. This role is designed for candidates starting at third-grade level or holding a prior CAP or baccalauréat, offering a vocational path within a franchise leader expanding its network.
