CAP Analyst

CAP Analyst role focused on monitoring and identifying early indicators of performance decline within the department, analyzing key data streams, and delivering actionable insights to drive operational improvements. Responsibilities include generating and managing IRIS/NPO-style reports across platforms, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with INPO and industry peers, developing causal analyses (including HPIs, OEIs, and Root Cause Evaluations), and preparing roll-up trend analyses to identify performance gaps. Requires knowledge of nuclear power plant operations and ability to provide technical input for tracking and trending plant performance, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.
