Job Summary
Oversee the Field Marketing Department of 10–25 canvassing representatives by learning and executing the field marketing system to generate leads and drive revenue. Build, train, and develop the team while reinforcing policies set by the Vice President. Track performance metrics including cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI using spreadsheets and internal systems to ensure targets are hit. Lead by example in the field to maintain professionalism and customer service, while maintaining and improving scripts, processes, and daily execution. Travel to different markets for training and development as needed. This role supports Home Genius Exteriors' mission to expand from $3M to $200M by 2030, fostering a culture that creates future business leaders.
