Job Summary
Execute door-to-door canvassing to register, educate, and mobilize voters for the 2026 election cycle while recording conversation details in the MiniVAN app. Split time shadowing fellows, providing feedback on door conversations, and supporting launches and onboardings. Participate in daily briefings to receive instructions, prepare canvassing materials, and troubleshoot on the turf. Lead the team by setting standards for metrics and conversation quality, building morale, and transitioning newly activated leaders to permanent organizers. Complete a specific training curriculum on organizing skills and systems-based analysis.

- Impeccable integrity
- A desire to learn and grow as a leader or as an organizer
- Previous experience working with a culturally, religiously, and economically diverse staff
- A bold desire to talk to people you meet, hear and share stories, and ask people to take action
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Effective communication skills
- Comfortability working with the public

- Reliable transportation
- Ability to drive to and from canvassing locations
- A data-capable smartphone
- Must be in person to execute a door to door canvassing program
- Evenings and weekends are occasionally required
- Must remain on staff through Nov 6th, 2026
Desired Qualifications
- A high energy, highly organized, self starter capable of executing plans and implementing creative solutions to problems
- Ability to work with a team to achieve a common goal
- Multi-lingual (particularly spanish and arabic)
- Familiarity with MiniVAN
- Previous canvassing experience
