Job Summary
Engage with homeowners at the door to introduce premium roofing solutions and conduct brief product demonstrations without pressure selling. Qualify interested prospects and schedule follow-up appointments for Sales Representatives while overcoming objections to guide them through residential roofing benefits. Meet and exceed daily and weekly goals for lead generation, quality, and productivity. The role requires a charismatic personality, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Candidates must be flexible to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends, possess physical stamina for extended periods in various weather conditions, and pass a background check. Full-time employment includes Monday through Friday hours with optional Saturdays, offering monthly bonuses up to $70k annually and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation & a valid Driver's License - must be able to commute to and from assigned territories.
- Ability to submit to and pass a Background Check
- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends (prime canvassing hours)
- Physical Stamina - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
