Job Summary
As a Canvasser in Marketing / Lead Generation for Phillips Home Improvements, you will meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, identify interest in home improvement projects, and schedule qualified appointments for our Project Consultant team. You will generate qualified homeowner appointments through neighborhood outreach, build rapport, educate homeowners about services, maintain accurate records, and represent the Phillips Home Improvements brand professionally. The role emphasizes a performance-based environment with paid training, coaching, and clear advancement opportunities, and targets outcomes such as 10+ qualified satellite appointments per week and a 70%+ appointment show rate.
