Job Summary
Canvass Latino communities to promote voter engagement through registration, education, and mobilization; identify likely voters and engage them on registration, voter education, Vote by Mail, and GOTV efforts to increase Latino turnout; follow reporting procedures and safety protocols, provide daily reports to the Canvass Lead, and participate in trainings; requires flexibility in hours and travel as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; having a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Passion and enthusiasm for promoting political engagement within the Latino community
- Legible handwriting
- Ability to work flexible hours; some Saturday events
- Effective communication with diverse audiences
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle preferred
