Canvass Field Director- Gretna, NE

Manage a team of 40–60 hourly staff who will canvass door to door to talk to community members about local clean energy storage projects and build community support for a reliable, affordable energy future. Canvass yourself several days a week to train staff and drive office goals, while setting targets and holding employees accountable. Train and provide ongoing motivation to your leadership team, implementing quality control measures to ensure work integrity and maintaining a healthy, safe environment. Develop strategic plans to reach targeted constituents in assigned locations and handle administrative duties including reporting data, record keeping, and processing payroll.
