Job Summary
Provide financial guidance to Canvas members by educating on lending options and banking products. Educate members on how to afford life, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with professionalism, perform frontline transactions (IRAs, CDs, wire transfers), and offer ethical lending solutions. Build relationships with members through face-to-face interactions and share knowledge on products, services, and industry trends. Demonstrate authentic service, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to support community banking goals.
Required Qualifications
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Background checks (criminal, employment, address, social security number, motor vehicle record, sex offender, global sanctions)
