Job Summary
Learn about members, educate them on financial solutions, and provide ethical lending services. Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers while handling disputes professionally. Perform advanced frontline tasks like IRA and CD management, and share knowledge on industry trends and business opportunities. Deliver excellent face-to-face service daily and collaborate with teammates through all challenges. Work flexible Monday through Saturday schedules, 35-40 hours weekly, with bilingual candidates eligible for a language differential. This role serves as the foundation for a career path within Canvas Credit Union, offering structured development through the Retail Step Program.
Required Qualifications
- Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- You are authentic and passionate about helping others

- You understand financial products and services, much like a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker
- You're comfortable recommending and processing financial products like loans

- You'll be asked to work a flexible schedule Monday thru Saturday, 35-40 hours per week
