Job Summary
Process vendor invoices and PCF reimbursements through NetSuite, providing translation support for invoices and financial transactions. Validate invoices with exceptions, coordinate resolutions with stakeholders, and monitor daily vendor and business partner emails. Handle special projects as required and support team members in delivering accounting services to customers. This role is hybrid-based in Ortigas, Pasig City, for a Jollibee subsidiary specializing in global advisory and business services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Business Management
- Fluent in Cantonese (both in writing and in speaking)
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working arrangement
