Job Summary
Health Care Aide caregivers needed in Qualicare Edmonton Northwest. Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, accompany clients on outings, run errands, medication reminders, ambulation/transportation, companionship, and adherence to care plans. Documentation/charting required. Must have Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and ability to travel within the location territory. Shifts vary from 3 to 12 hours with flexible scheduling. PPE provided; referral bonuses and continuing education programs available.
Required Qualifications
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student) and Alberta HCA Directory #.
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Ability to travel around location territory
