Job Summary
Health Care Aide Caregivers (Cantonese or Mandarin speaking) in Edmonton NW provide personal care services under the supervision of the Care Coordinator. Responsibilities include assistance with personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, accompanying clients on outings, shopping and errands, medication reminders, ambulation and transporting of clients, companionship, following care plans, and documentation/charting. Requires CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain, negative TB skin test or chest X-ray, ability to travel within the location territory, and access to internet/phone. Shifts range from 3 to 12 hours with flexible scheduling and part-time status; PPE is provided and competitive wages with referral bonuses; continuing education programs available. Cantonese or Mandarin language ability is required.
