Job Summary
Greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, and perform daily operational tasks including bug prep, mud removal, and safety inspections. Conduct facility cleaning, vacuum service, and equipment maintenance while adhering to strict safety standards and LEAP conflict resolution protocols. Manage tunnel incidents, complete shift reports, and train new team members on approved modules. Work all weather conditions, remain on your feet 100% of the day, and lift up to 50 lbs. Participate in nightly close-down checklists and assist in member visit success through license plate recognition and membership engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold,hot,wet,rain,snow)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On your feet 100% of the day and outside
- Attend all mandatory training sessions
- Attend all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
