Cannon Crewmember (ARMY)

Communicate over wire and radio, identify target locations, and operate self-propelled howitzers, ammunition trucks, and other vehicles. Participate in reconnaissance operations while calculating targets manually and electronically. Handle ammunition and master artillery tactics and battle strategy under simulated combat conditions. Submit to background and medical screening and receive a passing score on the ASVAB. Complete 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and 6 weeks and four days of Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sill, OK.
