Job Summary
Box packaged goods of all SKUs, label products, and prepare items for sale or distribution. Manufacture pre-rolled joints, weigh product, and sort buds while maintaining accurate counts. Clean all equipment and work areas, including mopping and sweeping floors, and adhere to best agricultural and manufacturing practices. Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the process, communicate with supervisors, and keep accurate records and inventories. Work on a variety of projects in the Packaging Department to meet production demands and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Able to work in loud areas
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Capable of working in dark or bright environments
- Able to work in low oxygen areas
- Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals
- Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas
- At least 21 years of age
- Willing to participate in an extensive background check
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Computer Literate (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields
- Knowledge of the cannabis plant
- Experience working with plants or other commodity crops
- 2 or more years of Pharmaceutical Packaging experience
