Job Summary
Greet patients warmly, guide them through the sales floor, and provide accurate product recommendations based on their needs. Execute transactions using the POS system, verify patient eligibility, and manage cash handling with full compliance to state laws. Maintain clean and stocked counters, ensure opening and closing procedures are met, and handle inbound phone inquiries. Adhere to all Medical Cannabis regulations and company safety policies while collaborating with the team to meet sales and compliance goals. Work 7 days per week with flexibility for holidays and schedule changes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school degree
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a retail or customer service setting
- Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Cash register experience with speed and accuracy
- Experience frequently interacting with customers, fulfilling customer requests and addressing customer issues, questions, or suggestions
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people
- Detail oriented with an eye on process optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance
- Proper employment documentation
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work 7 days per week including some holidays and to be flexible with schedule
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, formulations, extracts and other products on the market

- Age requirements; MA 21, OH 21 and PA 18
- Possess valid driver's license or state ID card
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to sit, squat, standing, kneeling, bending, or walk throughout the workday
- Must be able to work in front of a computer for extended periods of time
