Job Summary
Package concentrates and flower products by determining exact weight and preparing items for assembly while maintaining quality. Adhere labels to each package and verify conformity with state regulations. Track product and maintain documentation standards to ensure accurate accounting throughout the process. Monitor products electronically and enter information into the tracking database in accordance with departmental guidelines. Perform sanitation protocols, maintain cleanliness in the processing area, and participate in daily clean-up. Work in a team setting under the direction of a Lead or Manager to meet productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older (18 in NY)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn state-specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance
- Reliability
- Meticulous organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
- Computer-savvy, with a knack for quickly mastering new software
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a heavily regulated environment
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use a ladder, with up to a 12' extension and general hardware tools
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- High level of scheduling flexibility
- Ability to work in evening, weekend, and holiday work hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions throughout the workday
- High regard for self-management, time management, and scheduling of activities
- Ability to work in environments that include exposure to dirt, fertilizers, dusts, odors, fumes, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, heights, indoor A/C, no A/C, and other environmental variables
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time
