Job Summary
Outsourced Accounting Manager for the cannabis-industry-focused OASyS team. Lead and mentor staff, oversee AP workflows and payroll processing, drive month-end close and journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, support budgeting and cash flow forecasting, and partner with client leadership. Requires CPA preferred/MBA equivalent, 5–7+ years of accounting experience with leadership, strong communication, ERP proficiency (NetSuite/Intacct/QBO/SAP/Oracle/R365), and cannabis-industry knowledge; offers hybrid work from multiple US offices with an annual salary of $125K–$145K plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- CPA preferred and/or MBA equivalent
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership and review responsibilities
- Demonstrated client service experience (outsourced accounting, advisory, public accounting, or consulting) with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
