Job Summary
Lead day-to-day laboratory extraction operations in California, overseeing extraction, production, planning, and processing. Manage and coordinate extractor staff schedules; develop and implement SOPs for production processes; prepare equipment and plant materials for extraction; maintain production logs; ensure strict quality control and inventory accuracy; enforce safety and sanitation standards; perform prep, extraction, and packaging tasks; monitor facility compliance with laws and company regulations; maintain equipment through adjustments and repairs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No Felony Convictions
- Experience in managing people
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or Company regulations for working in the industry
