Job Summary
Lead daily dispensary operations in Hastings, MN, focusing on sales, service, compliance, and profitability. Maintain accurate inventory across Blaze/POS and state tracking systems, investigate variances, and manage ordering, expirations, FIFO rotation, and product movement. Build strong vendor relationships, hire and develop store leaders, and oversee cash controls, drawer procedures, and weekly payroll. Conduct weekly leadership huddles to review performance metrics and prioritize operational opportunities. Ensure strict adherence to Minnesota cannabis laws while fostering a culture of professionalism and guest service. Submit accurate payroll by the established deadline and maintain proper staffing levels to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous General Manager, Store Manager, or comparable retail leadership experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management and operational controls
- Comfortable working with POS systems, reporting tools, and inventory tracking systems
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
- Confident communicator who can lead meetings, coach performance, and address challenges quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to following all applicable Minnesota cannabis laws, regulations, and company policies
